What a cookie is here

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. EU law (the ePrivacy rules, read with the GDPR) requires us to tell you which ones we use. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you requested do not need a separate marketing consent. We do not use marketing cookies.

Cookies we set

op_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed you are eighteen and understood the artistic-content notice. Lasts one year. Strictly necessary if you ask to enter an adult house without seeing the gate on every page. Signed-in members do not see the gate.

wordpress_test_cookie — used only on the login screen to see whether the browser accepts cookies. Session.

wordpress_logged_in_* and related WordPress authentication cookies — keep a member signed in. Session or as configured by WordPress. Strictly necessary for membership.

wp-settings-* and wp-settings-time-* — remember admin display preferences if you use the back office. About one year. Strictly necessary for that interface.

What we do not set

No advertising cookies. No social pixels. No analytics suite. No “for your convenience” third-party widgets that watch you.

Requests that are not cookies

The theme currently loads type from Google Fonts. That is a third-party connection, disclosed in the Privacy page. It is not a cookie we write. You can block it in the browser; the house will fall back to system type.

How to refuse

You may delete cookies in your browser. If you delete op_age_ok, the eighteen-year gate will return. If you block all cookies, you will not be able to remain signed in as a member.
